I normally have an ok experience with this restaurant. But this time had a very poor experience.I understand that the restaurant was busy with phone calls. But I had to wait an hour for my take out food that is normally about 20-30 min And when I got home I was missing a dish ($ 10). If a restaurant is going to take an hour for my order they can at least double check to make sure I had everything in my order!

Worst food I've eaten in a long time! Shrimp fried rice had only FIVE salad sized shrimp in the whole dish, and absolutely no vegetables, and the rice was burnt and dry. Lo Mein was swimming in oily water. I could go on.

This place has the best Chinese food in Ingersoll! Not only is it fresh and great, but the staff are also very kind and friendly! We will be coming back and ordering again! Keep up the great work, Thames garden!

It a great Chinese place in downtown Ingersoll! The service is amazing, such friendly staff who are ready to help you and answer your questions. The food is very good! It is fresh and still steaming hot even after a 30 minute drive. I can see why this place is so highly liked by people, we will be coming back!
