Dr Vergara has very biased opinions. He would rather talk above you than listen to your problems. His opinions override his ability to manage patients correctly. He repeatedly did not fill out prescriptions on time for refills, has no experience with mental health, nor the ability to handle chronic pain and actually gets mad at you for being in pain. While being his patient I had to be an advocate for myself and go all over town to specialists (at his request) to direct him how to prescribe medications. Only for him to tell me there's too many cooks on the kitchen here" . He doesn't want to listen

She has no respect for people's time. If you get in to see her only an hour after your scheduled time, consider yourself real lucky. Usually it's 90 minutes or more. Today I waited an hour and left because there were still 3 people ahead of me. What is the point of an appointment if you still end up waiting for so long?

Hours are not accurate, you usually have to wait an hour minimum for a SCHEDULED appointment, but the worst part about this place is the front desk. Incredibly disorganized, rude and unprofessional. If you want to fully understand what it feels like to talk with an awful receptionist, then look no further.

Although this comes up as a walk-in clinic" via a google search. They are not accepting walk in patients and will continue to NOT accept walk in patients for the foreseeable future.Apparently the walk-in doctor passed away quite some time ago and although they have been searching for a years time

Constructive reviews only it says on their Web page... ya right..Well I called there a week ago and asked to see a doctor. They told me there would be a walk in doctor there the following Tuesday and I could have an appointment at 5:30.Tuesday comes around and after being struck in the head with a 12 foot piece of pipe to add to my health problems, I make my way down for my appointment. I get there only to find out the door is locked. So I knocked cause I see people inside. The lady approache's the door, she keeps asking me which doctor I'm suppose to see (through the locked door I might add as I freeze outside) I tell her I don't know

Unreasonably long waits. Rude front desk. Doctors who have never heard of a computer data entering( everything is not different papers). Very unprofessional nurse for bloodwork. It seems like the doctors don’t want to send you to all the check up right away, they would need you to come a few times more to recall to give you another bloodwork. If I could rate zero- I would.

I have been going to Dr. Snovida for years. She is kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. It isn’t hard to get an appointment when I need one. The receptionist is welcoming and helpful.

I've personally haven't had an issues with the either doctor here. Yes I've waited and some times when it's my turn I'm in and out however I've also been one who's taken a long time in the exam room too. Because I needed it and Dr Snovida took the time because she cared. As for the second Dr she took the time once to see me because I could not wait and she was very professional about it. As for the lab staff there has been good ones and bad ones.

You're not from the customer service industry but you don't have to be rude to your patients most especially if the patient is an 84 year-old lady who can't even hear you clearly. Dr. Vergara must relay his words calmly next time especially to the people who accompany his patients
