Jerry heal, I do not understand why you would say such things about john. Sometimes plumbing pipes just reach the end of their life. I have been plumbing for 18 years and I know john personally, he is a very good plumber who I respect very highly. I cannot believe you would attempt to slander john in such a way because of a plumbing emergency/failure. I will guarantee you that john would never duck your phone calls willingly knowing you were in an emergency situation. John is highly respected in the area and is a very busy plumber, we dont always have the opportunity to answer every phone call because more often than not we are busy helping a customer in an emergency situation and that takes priority over a phone call...Just because you had an emergency that affected you life is no reason to slander a businessman

Harmsen Plumbing replaced my dishwasher. John answered my questions about repairing the dishwasher vs buying new and was very helpful. John and Mike picked up the dishwasher, installed it and hauled my old dishwasher away. They were Covid aware (kept distance, washed hands) and cleaned up after themselves. They also replaced some of my old plumbing that was not up to code. John had my dishwasher replaced within two days of my original phone call which I really appreciated.

I have been a customer of Harmsen Plumbing since approximately 2017. John has replaced my hot water tank with a Navien and his guys have serviced and repaired the furnace at my house and at my rental house on a few occasions. Friendly, great service, well priced!

Unfortunately I need to update my review...The tub surround job that John and his team completed has come unglued from the wall and the chalking around the tub has huge gaps in it. I have called and texted John numerous times until he finally responded saying to call the office and they would schedule a repair in by the end of December. This did not happen. I emailed the office to inquire when the repair would be scheduled or please refund me the portion of the money for the tub surround so that I can get someone else in to repair it. No response to my email from the beginning of the month.I would not recommend using this company. They are unprofessional and not willing to guarantee the work they complete. Make sure you are completely satisfied with the work they do before you pay them because once they have their money, you won't hear from them again.

Worst plumber I have ever hired. My house flooded three times due to his faulty work. I tried to call him when my house flooded for the third time and he wouldn’t return my calls. A pipe he just installed burst and flooded my basement. Complete nightmare! Don’t hire John unless you want a house insurance claim. Beware!

I had a very great experience. From booking my emergency to how quickly they responded was amazing. The service provided was fantastic and the team was funny.I would highly recommend harmsen! Their rates were also very reasonable considering what I needed.

We had harmsen plumbing into our shop to repair our not so happy boiler, they were able to come in a timely manner, were extremely polite, fixed the boiler very quickly. Very good service will use again
