Small IS beautiful!! Very positive experience! Just bought a new Ritmuller grand, so surprised how nice this piano sounded! Our piano teacher recommended a different brand but we later found out she's getting a commission..Very sad. All pianos at H.P. were in top shape sounding beautiful each. Price was more than fair. Delivery was exactly as had been arranged with the owner attending at our home at same time! Very rare customer service! All in all very positive experience. Highly recommend!!

The owner is without doubt one of the rudest people I've ever met. I visited the shop several years ago to enquire about the possibility of ordering an organ bench. I was met with profanity and rudeness. I'm not sure what this man's problem was, but he'll certainly never recieve my custom.With so many reputable piano and music shops in the area this is definatly a business to be avoided.

What a joke. The owner is very rude and pretentious. If you value yourself and don’t want to be berated by a presumptuous man don’t waste your time inquiring about pianos at heritage pianos. There are many more good sellers offering sound advice and good pianos.

The owner Norman is a very rude man. Definitely not recommended by myself and most certainly don't like the way he runs down the German people as my family are from Hamburg. I now will go across the border if necessary to obtain a piano as I will NEVER purchase anything from this man.

Just bought a grand piano from heritage pianos after months of searching and could not be happier with our experience! Very impressed with follow up service including tuning at home. The owners are very hands on, were both present at time of delivery to ensure piano was set up properly. Rare hands on, personalized service in today's world. Would recommend to anyone who wants a quality piano with world class service!

The store offers a great selection or pianos to see and play. Not your average piano store because they offer the highest quality pianos at very competive prices. I found Norbert to offer very trustworthy guidance and is the most knowlegeable piano person I have ever met. Although I can not buy it right now, I am saving up to buy the brand new ESTONIA 225 GRAND which I believe to be the best value on the market today. It will be mine when I can pay cash (mid $30Ks) as I don't have that much room on my credit card. Can't wait.
