KTN taxi & delivery

We use ktn whenever we're at a friend's and have a few drinks. They show up quickly, drivers are nice.

Very polite and very respectful, good service would definitely use this.

Never use honest truth review.Needs better employees all rude. Smoke in the cars reeks. Don’t respect you absolutely rude! They need to catch up on the new laws. If you call say at 9 am for 9:50am appointment. You will be late it’s ridiculous. Don’t use. Take the bus or walk.

Best service available in the area.There are a plethora of improvements that should be made. From old vehicles, to less-than-ideal sanitary practices;Improvements are essential to the longevity of this company and our town deserves better options for people who don't want to ride in cabs with half smoked cigarettes sitting in the driver's cup-holder.Struggling to decide on a gruelling 5 kilometer walk or a ride from a taxi service in Tillsonburg should not be as challenging as it is.

hello been using KTN since i been in Tillsonburg 15 years now love the drivers and the owner Rob dispatch is great . they are on time even if i book a cab ahead . sorry going to miss them moving to London

I watched a ktn cab pull into the local grocery store and throw their trash out the window as they drove by. Such gross behavior of someone who is actively driving for this company. The worst part is they pulled to the front of the grocery store, which is like 10ft from a trash can but they had to litter instead.1 starEDIT:Owner was very responsive to the issue I brought forward. He was very understanding as to why having drivers litter is a bad look and overall a awful thing. Editing my review from 1 star to 4 just based on how seriously the owner took an issue like this and his fast response.
