I am very glad and lucky to finally find the true professionals working with well water filtering systems. This is a family business which provides excellent service, technically strong and considers customer best interests. We had a system which hasn’t been maintained for more than 5 years by previous owners. T’s Water Systems fixed it by identifying weak links in the overall design and suggesting several options. We have been dealing with T's Water Systems for close to 30 years. We have always had excellent products and service. They are professional, punctual, courteous and respond rapidly.We are very happy with our second reverse osmosis system because it is a more efficient unit with less maintenance. We replaced our older reconditioned water softener with a newer more efficient model with which we are more than satisfied. We have been customers of T's water systems for over 20 years. The company has installed two complete water systems for us at two different acreages. Each one was very different and customized to the water situation of that home.T's is extremely service oriented. I have called them to be led through regenerating the softened water and it was cheerfully done without charge. When necessary, they pay a service call in a heartbeat. I was looking for ways to improve my well water for the last few years. We were at the point of possibly drilling a new well. With that being a risky proposition we decided to look into better filtration ideas.After a lot of research I settled on Tyrone from T's water systems. He came out gave me a complete rundown on everything available and the pro's and con's of each.We settled on a whole house R/O unit and couldn't be happier. Today is one year since start up and we have had almost zero issues. We have been so pleased with our Reverse Osmosis System installed and serviced by T’s Water Systems in November 2018, and their customer service is above and beyond what we ever expected.We first heard of T’s Water Systems from a recommendation from a plumbing supply store. We knew Reverse Osmosis (R.O.) Systems were a large investment, so we wanted to make sure we found a reliable company. We decided to give T’s Water Systems a try and called Tyrone. He came out and gave us an estimate along with his recommendation for an R.O. water system for our well water. Tyrone and Tyson were very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and understanding and in the end we decided to hire them to install our new R.O. system. The installation of our system went smoothly and they were so careful taking the old system out and installing the new one, plus, they cleaned up after themselves. They spent time with us to go over the whole system and what to watch for and how to change the filters, etc. Whenever we contacted them over the past couple of years they were there to help us as soon as they could and fixed any issues immediately. Their warranty for parts and service is the best we have ever experienced, and they truly stand behind their product. But the most important thing is our water, it is so pure and delicious. We have so many people that comment on how good our water tastes, in fact, almost everyone fills their water bottles before they leave our home. We would highly recommend T’s Water Systems, you won’t regret your decision to utilize their services.

Tyrone was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Have been running his system for 6 months now with only small issue that had to do with our well not his system. I moved from Calgary to an acreage north of Edmonton a few years back and gave T's a water sample. They hooked me up with the perfect water system and helped me to install it step by step over the phone. Our drinking water is incredible and has worked flawlessly for almost 5 years. Any time I had a problem with the Water Softener, a phone call to Tyron was all that was needed to diagnose and solve the issue, which have all been user error.I highly recommend T'S Water Systems!
