Fernie Tow & Go

Don't use these guys unless you are ok with waiting 2 hrs after the organized time because the driver, quote called and no one answered so I went back to sleep"..... no one called!!! After an hour of waiting we called the company and he said he would be 20mins showed up another hour and 20 mins later with a coffee in hand and then pulled into the gas station on the way to the drop off point to get cigarettes.... ridiculous !!!"

Had a fantastic experience with this company. Locked our keys in the vehicle at the hotel and called them up. Arrived within the time told and unlocked our vehicle. The gentleman was very friendly and efficient. Got us on our way quickly!

Great service! The only con is that they couldn't really tell me how long it would take for them to arrive.

We were stranded in Fernie with our crv.Called bcaa and they dispatched this towing outfit. Guy was so rude it was unbelievable. Spent about a minute and a half trying to boost the car, told us to call bcaa back if we needed a tow (pretty sure that's why we phoned in the first place ) and took off. I called bcaa back and they send a truck from Sparwood towing.We left our keys at the desk (we had arranged another ride) the driver picked up our car and keys and met us no problem at our destination. He was super friendly and professional. Fernie tow and go, call them if you want to extend the length of your nightmare.

Arranged for this company through CAA to change a tire. When I returned his call, he told me to drive around Fernie first to find a place to fix my tire, or I could drive to Sparwood to meet him. I said he could just come to me and change my tire please. He said he would be 30 minutes, and he arrived an hour and fifteen minutes later.When he arrived he proceeded to tell me that I was crazy for thinking I could drive on a spare, that I should leave my kid at his ball game and drive to Sparwood to get it fixed and that my priorities were screwed up because I wasn’t going to pull my kid from his game so I could go somewhere and get it fixed. You’re hired to change my tire; not give unsolicited parenting advice.

This is a very unprofessional operation. They were dispatched by Mercedes 24 roadside assistance. The driver who showed up was completely untrained, was unable to figure out how to boost the battery, as there was not one under the hood. He became agitated and rude, and left without providing assistance. A simple google search was all that was required to figure out that there were battery terminals located under the hood. We ended up boosting ourselves with another vehicle.
