Stephenson's Rental Services

I have been consistently let down by Stevensons rental now for years. Every time I try to order a piece of equipment they either don't have it or they say it takes two days to bring in one in reality it takes 3 to 4. This location doesn't understand the concept of customer service. I dealt with the manager Fraser with an issue I was having with a piece of equipment that was broken and he passed me off to someone else as if he didn't care. This place is a disappointment.

Super helpful and incredibly friendly. Recently rented an engine hoist from this location and dealt with 4 different people through the initial rental, delivery and pickup. Each guy was so nice and amiable. They also have a great range of rental equipment so very helpful for those random projects. Would 100% recommend!

I found Stephenson's when looking to rent a concrete floor grinder. I had great experience with them. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable, especially Thomas, at the Kipling location. Learning to grind concrete floor for the fist time, I got the wrong insert for the machine, when I came back to talk to Thomas, he was able to give me expert advice and gave me the right inserts for the machine in addition to the original insert free of charge, not only that, he also waived the rental charge for the vacuum because I told him I decided not to use it even though I already rented it. I would definitely recommend Stephenson's to anyone who is looking to rent professional grade machinery and looking for advice how to use them!

I really do not understand why bad reviews, sometimes if all the machinery is rented out its rented out, Ive always had a great experience with customer service and products, its not like they hold 1 machine just for a specific customerGreat job guys and keep up the great work

The older man that works there is the grumpiest mofo. When asking for a estimate on some concrete cutting equipment was like pulling teeth. If you don't like your job quit

There's a reason every bad review is related to terrible customer service. Absolutely rude, unwilling to help to find inventory, picked up the phone five times without addressing me in the matter of a two-minutes.
