Ma visite remonte au mercredi matin 12 avril. J'avais besoin de trois corderons carrés pour que mon entrepreneur puisse terminer les travaux qui tardaient depuis février.J'ai pu obtenir les trois corderons grâce a la patience et à la persévérance du commis (qui remplaçait quelqu'un) je crois qu'il s'appelle Martin ?? L'achat de la commande à la réception a duré plus d'une heure. On semblait trop occupé du côté bureau" pour préparer ma facture

Very very poor customer service. I had an awful experience dealing with Jean Pierre Latreille, who apparently has been working there for 35 years. Do not waste your time dealing with this company if you want to receive the services and items promised to you.

The absolute worst customer service of all the trades people I dealt with when building my house. Very rude salesperson. The first time arriving at our house he threatened to leave because he had to wait 5 minutes. After placing order the salesperson did not call back or respond to emails after several attempts. Doors arrived scuffed up. Would definitely not recommend their products, doors started squeaking less than a year after installed. I regret not going with a higher quality door. Learn from my mistake.

Very poor overall experience and customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Jean Pier was the sales representative and made my experience working with Boiseries BG very miserable. Use a different company and save yourself many head aches.

I used this company twice, for two homes I renovated.However, the sales guy that came first to give us the quote, Jean something ....terribly unpleasant.I ended up placing the order directly on the phone with their customer service department and had impeccable service.Second house, I just went straight to the main office, did not deal with the representative. Again, impeccable service.So do not base your decision on one guy's bad service and attitude, the company is not him, try to get someone else assigned to your project if Jean is sent over.Products are awesome, prices too, and service too if you talk to the right people !

Used this company because they had the best prices... it was a big mistake. The absolute worst customer service I've ever had to deal with, products missing, issues never resolved for 7 months and still not resolved. I dealt with Jean Pier, very poor experience. I do not recommend at all, avoid at all costs.

Very poor customer service, arrived at 6:30 in the morning, without warning. The aftersale service is the worst I have ever seen, they never answer a telephone or return messages.They sent an email for a call back after this review was posted. I have called back twice and they did not return my calls.Very poor service.
