I was traveling through Saskatoon and had the good fortune to stumble across Empire Auto Service when I was in need of full tire replacement on my camper van. Derrick and Nicole were two of the most honest, fair, and pleasant people I have encountered. They not only had my tires replaced in record time at a very fair price but they also went above and beyond in helping me locate a dodge part that I needed (which I was told was not available by the Dodge dealer). A truly pleasant experience….if I lived in Saskatoon there is no doubt this would be my regular place for my auto service needs!

I just wanted to thank you for you exemplary customer care today. I know that a lot of businesses are busy now adays but the interaction on the phone with this business today was amazing and I would not hesitate to call on them again in the future. I had basically been hung up on at a dealership (not naming names) because they were busy but the young lady on the phone with Empire Service, even though she couldn't help me, was kind enough to refer me to someone that maybe could. I am from out of town and that was a major help (more than she knows)! Thank you for taking your time and making my day a bit easier to manage!

I was referred to Empire Auto by a friend of mine and I have never been happier with automotive Service. I used to take my car to a big branded shop and never felt confident in the quality of care I was receiving. Ever since switching to Empire they have been nothing but amazing with my car and answering every question I have. Derek and Nicole are both very friendly and educated in automotive repairs, and with you every step of the way. I feel confident when I take my car to them as they are honest, upfront, and welcoming. One of the best shops in the city. Honest and transparent service. Great prices and quality repairs. Having been a mechanic for more than 10 years, I have a hard time taking my vehicles to a shop and do most of my work myself. For alignments and tires or anything I don't have time for, there's no one I trust more than Empire.

The AC on my car wasn't blowing cool so I reached out to Empire earlier this week. They got me an appt within a few days. The service was completed within a few hours of dropping my vehicle off. I was updated throughout the process and they made sure I was aware of costs before any work was completed. Both Derrick and Nicole were friendly, professional, and very clearly knowledgeable. Empire Auto is the best auto repair shop I have ever used. Their quality of service and consideration for the customer is exceptional. They do not try to up sell and they go out of their way to find the best low cost way to repair your vehicle, while using high quality parts. Also, the estimate they provide is close to the actual bill, limiting gut wrenching surprises. Thank goodness shops like this exist, where honesty and integrity are their mantra and you can be confident you are not going to be ripped off. Thanks Empire.

The people at this shop are straight shooters and competent mechanics and will let you know what your vehicle needs, no dishonesty. Having a vehicle repaired isn't cheap and they appreciate that, and have been very good about presenting options and working to lower the cost if it's possible.I first went to them on a recommendation and have since been to them another three or four times with various maintenance needs, and will continue to go to them in the future.

Cheerful, careful, thorough, informative and efficient. I've been going here for many years and had small and more major repairs done. They are also impeccably honest. What more can I say? Take your car or truck there!
