In June I bought your sheepskin hat (with ear flaps) and the matching mitts anticipating the usual Manitoba winter. I am glad I did. The hat and mitts keep me warm. I used to wear a toque but it would work it's way up leaving my ears exposed. The hat has leather strings that hold everything tied down. Love them. Warm and windproof.

Hidden gem in western Ontario. Absolutely fantastic clothes and other things in store if you like them made of natural materials (wool in this case). The prices are affordable, the quality is great and the staff is amazing. Definently worth stopping if you are passing by.

We passed by when it wasn't open on the way to our first destination and on the way home it was open so we made a quick turn around to stop in! Sooo glad we did, ended up grabbing a few items and they are all fantastic! Great quality items and decent prices too! Highly recommend checking them out for a quick stop to stretch the legs and shopping break! You won't be disappointed.

I ordered the hat online, and awaiting the parcel;I receive the Canada post notification card for asking me to go pick up from the Canada Post office.I visited to post office same day, and item was not available.I asked the Canada Post for please drop package to my address instead of asking me to come and pick up. They said because of Egli's Sheep Farm Ltd. sender requested ID and Signature for simple order. And only sender can release the signature requirements.I called the Egli's Sheep Farm and spoke with one lady, then another lady, then owner Peter for asking kindly, please release the signature, I accept all the risks, even If need I can send email for consent, please just allow me to get package delivery to my home.I can't visit Canada Post office every day, stop my work, pay extra gas, spend time and go pick up.. this is not fair service especially for simple hat. It is not 1000+ dollar item.They said NOI asked another option, if I order another hat, can you please remove signature requirement, they said no, we want to this for all customers.There are not solution offering, and just pushing customer to get hard time if wanted to buy your products.. we are not your slaves, we want your product and deliver to our address, not a pick up only.I never ever having this issue with any other merchandise, and anticipating them to understand situation and help, but they are not helpful.I asked them, please refund my order, wanted to cancel it.They said no, you have to wait until the item turn back to our office.They don't understand the delivery process is part of the merchandise responsibility, I don't need to wait 15-20 days for you to receive item back.I like the Canadian made items and wish to buy and support our companies instead of chinese products.. but unfortunately these companies need to learn more for professionalism and customer satisfaction.
