Overall very good experience from this company. Was a little reluctant about ordering but did and was happy overall with shopping time and packaging. Only complaint is they did not send one of the items on my list but after a quick email it was corrected and shipped within two more days. Very happy with cigar chief and thank you to Chad for great customer service!

So much variety.... and so much to learn about cigars. I'm new to cigars, but I already love them. The discovery... the experience... the smell and look of them. It's excellent.Cigar Chief has an epic selection and I'm certain it has something for everyone... from the novice (like myself) who's just getting started, to the connoisseur who knows what they're looking for and what they love. I'm convinced that there is no better spot to experience cigars.I just smoked a lovely, albeit inexpensive, cigar in their lounge and it was great. Comfortable and pleasant... and it was nice to talk with the staff and customers who love cigars just like I do. Plus, they gave me a glass of water, which was a nice touch of class.Totally recommend. Worth the drive.

Drove from Peterborough and purchased a log of nicotine pouches, only to realize they were manufactured in 2021 once I got home. They were dried out completely and unusable.I’ve tried calling to see if I can get a recommendation on something fresher to place an online order but haven’t been able to connect with someone in 2 weeks. After 10 minutes on hold the line automatically disconnects, and emails go unanswered.Super disappointed since this was the only place in Canada I could find to get nic pouches.

I was a little hesitant ordering some cigars due to never hearing of the cigar chief before. They are the real deal! I spoke to Chad via email in regards to a order I had placed and he was more than helpful, providing me with the tracking number that was originally lost in my emails. Cigars arrived in great shape accompanied with boveda packs to ensure proper humidity. Props to cigar chief for speedy shipping and quality products. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

Ordered June 14 and got it today the 21. Shipping was pretty fast I guess but I spent over $100 on chewing tobacco only. Not one tin came, instead they shipped 10 cigars. Pretty disappointedUpdate:Been a week it's now June 29. Reached out multiple times. Phone calls, emails no response. Social media they actually answered me on Instagram but sent a link for the website where I already emailed.Waste of money, I came here because the good reviews. Out $100 now. Thanks Chief.
