Just been in today and Elisa coloured and cut my hair. Very friendly and did a fantastic job. Found my new hairdresser :)

If you want to get up charged for services and products you weren’t aware of or even asked if it was ok to do, this is this place you should go. I sent my daughter here for some highlights on long hair, a cut and a conditioning treatment so her hair wouldn’t fall out after colouring. I watched the stylist. She was not gentle or took her time. She was in a hurry to leave which was obvious seeing we were her last appointment of the day. I should of said something. I didn’t. My fault. She vigorously brushed my daughters wet hair out in such a rush I wondered how much hair she’d have left to blow dry. After applying a not agreed upon “product” after “product” and a hot iron curl, my bill after taxes and obligatory “tip” I was looking at $400+$$!! I will never ever go back here. We will not be a repeat customer, I will tell others and will look for someone else who is honest and upfront with services rendered. I leave this review in hopes that another parent or client will not get taken advantage of. Buyer beware and do your research for qualified hair colourists in advance who aren’t in a hurry. Learn from our expensive mistake. I don’t mind paying for services, just ask first before you start racking up my bill.

Came to shear image today and had my hair cut with Danielle, she did an amazing job and even curled my hair for me ! I will definelty be coming back ! Highly recommend her

If you are male stay away they have no clue. After several attempts to get the cut I wanted. I tried to fix my hair the next day. Nothing is even or even cut really. I'm astonished. I'm actually shaving my head before this event because that looks better than the butcher job I received yesterday..thanks for wasting time and money! Won't see me or anyone I know.

I just got my haircut at Shear Image, have been going there for over a decade and I have always walked away with amazing haircuts. Today I went in & had Cassandra as a stylist and she absolutely saved my damaged, over-processed and brittle hair (that I ruined myself by trying to do my own dye-jobs). Her skills with layering hair and bringing your hair back to life is beyond words. Highly recommend this salon! You will never be disappointed!

As someone with curly hair, it is hard to find a stylist that knows what they are doing. Elisa was so incredible, my cut was amazing, and she styled it naturally, my curls have never looked so good! highly recommend.
