Wonderful friendly staff, I had four of my Covid vaccinations here and they are caring, efficient, and I would highly recommend this pharmacy.

Amazing pharmacy and pharmacist, this place is a hidden gem. I didn't notice it was there until I started looking for the Pfizer vaccine, and was pleasantly surprised by the personal service. The pharmacist is on-point, compassionate, and actually takes the time to remember customers by name. Fastest prescription filling I've had, solid advice, and better rates than the big box pharmacies. I switched over from Shoppers drug mart, and happy I did. Highly recommended.

A Huge shout out to King West Friendly Pharmacy today! Myself and my brother have now received our first shot of AstraZeneca vaccine. This pharmacy is without a doubt one of a few Efficient ,Professional , and Friendly pharmacies I have visited. We had registered, received acknowledgment and booked our appointments all within 35 minutes. We had done so on March 11/20 and within such a short period had received emails and texts advising u s of procedures ect. Also reminders of short survey and then again of our appointment time. What an awesome sense or professionalism provided. The staff were terrific and patient. Great job everyone and thank you so much for your attentiveness to detail.

Most professional and caring pharmacy! During this pandemic it was so hard to get testing but they took my information at least and informed me I would get an appointment and I did really fast! Very accommodating and super understanding! The process of the test was fast and safe! Thank you to this pharmacy !

Drove and walked by this place a thousand times but never giving it a second thought. Boy have I been missing out. Then I went to get my covid shot there and I discovered this gem. Mina the pharmacist and the staff are incredible. They're personable, professional and very friendly. These people know their customers personally and by name. This is a true neighbourhood pharmacy. They know their customers needs and treat everyone life family. I wish I would have discovered this place sooner.

I couldn't find medicine for my 9 month old anywhere and most places were closed because it was Sunday. I went to numerous Shoppers and the homeopathic cough and cold couldn't be found either. I called this pharmacy and he told me to come over. When I arrived he made the medicine my child needed and I appreciate that so much! Service was so fast. Definitely will be back if my babe needs anything

My father is elderly and homebound. His first 2 Covid vaccines were administered by EMS in May and July of last year. We have been waiting to hear if and when he would be given his booster. Each day that we wait is another day that my elderly father is at risk. His home is a revolving door of caregivers and PSWs.As we could not wait any longer I began searching for someone to come to his home to give him his booster. After several failed attempts and disappointments calling different pharmacies I finally was successful when I called Friendlycare West King Pharmacy.Without hesitation, the pharmacist, Siddhartha, offered to come to my dad’s home and administer his booster! I was so humbled by his instant kindness and humbleness! If it wasn’t for him , who knows when my dad would have received it! EMS is currently in no position to organize efforts to vaccinate those that are home bound like it did last spring.It’s individuals like Siddhartha that keep hope alive that there still is still goodness and kindness left in this madness.We are truly grateful for Siddhartha and his team!

Went to get our booster today. Very nice people who own this pharmacy. Polite and trying their best to help people. For the lady that booked her appt at 10am and brought in 5 of her family members and then was being a b*tch to the owners after he said he'd go ahead and help them, shame on you. You could only book 1 appt at a time so no way you booked all of you for 10am. So I guess the pharmacy has less does now for others who booked in.
