Tried to order new tires multiple times for a forklift and their service department never responded to my request. Looking elsewhere for service and future sales.

Jeff @ the scaffolding department is the best!Great customer service for the past 4 years. Today I had a situation arise where I had the builders cheque bounce, had to leave but purchased some scaffolding and boards previously before starting the job. Jeff accommodated the return with a small restocking fee. Very much appreciated! Merry Christmas Stanmore crew!

Worst experience I have ever had trying to purchase a piece of equipment. Sold me a scissor lift they couldn't get off rent. Salesperson highly unprofessional. Wouldn't return calls. Put me I a very bad position with my customer. Why would have something for sale you can't deliver.

I have purchased two of my telehandlers from Stanmore, they have been reliable machines. I also rent from them on a regular basis and get excellent service.

If there's any correlation between how these guys drive and how they conduct business they'll be out of business shortly. I don't appreciate being honked at repeatedly when I am not inching immediately into a blocked intersection which is evident when the van looks over my vehicle. then speeding up behind me and slamming brakes last second pretending to rear end me then going around me and brake checking me. Abhorrent behaviour and downright reckless, I understand we are all stuck in traffic and it sucks but to have such a tantrum due to me not moving every inch of space that appears instantly when I am driving a standard car in traffic on a uphill and then do what I mentioned above after due to your frustration is ridiculous and childish. Especially when operating a vehicle plastered with your company's advertisements. Linked is a picture of the van after brake checking me. Happend April 21st 5:30pm ish going north on Markham road.

Great family business. They have the sales and service and integrity to help if your a small or large business. Highly recommend.

READ REVIEWS FIRST! After finding a forklift through Toyota Canada, I decided it would be better to stay local with Stanmore, but I tried to buy a used forklift from this company for a month, I called 6 times and when they finally gave me the price, it was high. I have never had to hassle a company to buy something before. Thumbs down on customer service. Actually, I am not even a customer as they couldn't get me despite my numerous tries!
