Litho.

No rent control, avoid at all costs. The appliances, finishings, and amenities are cheap and constantly breaking down. The elevator and garbage chute seems to be out of service every other day. After a year of being here, they are raising the rent by 13.4% and are not willing to negotiate. Myself and many of my neighbors are moving out. Don't plan on being here for more than a year, because they will continue with the borderline criminal rent increases each year.

I signed this apartment after a virtual tour, but it exceeds my expectations. Very convenient location, friendly staff, beautiful also very functional amenities. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful place to live. The staff are so friendly, thoughtful, and caring. My dog adores them all (especially Blessed), and they all love him too! He's a big fan of the treats they give him at the front desk and all the extra pets and snuggles he gets too. It makes such a difference being surrounded by such kind people who really take the time to get to know you.My unit is amazing - comfortable, quiet, and with the most killer view of the city. All my friends come over and are absolutely blown away by the view of the skyline from my terrace.The staff try really hard to build a sense of community too, with a monthly book club (where they provide us with the books for free and then donate them to charity after we've read them!), weekly yoga classes, treats in the lobby, and different events for residents. I also love the mix of people that live here (singles, couples, and families at all stages of life) and everyone is so friendly!Whenever issues arise (as they inevitably do in any building), the staff respond promptly and professionally. The resident app makes it easy to submit maintenance requests and share announcements about what's going on in.10/10 - would recommend!

I lived in Litho for a year before buying a place. It is a really wonderful place to live. The staff are kind and attentive, the location is really convenient, and the building amenities are also great. I'd highly recommend Litho to anyone.

The staff is exceptional. I had a very pleasant experience with ALL of the concierges and security. They were proactively supportive when they didn't need to be, and it was very appreciated. It's more than customer service; its customer experience but it's also good praxis for being good human beings. So I just wanted to say thank you.

Had a great experience while looking for apartments in Litho building. Our leasing manager, Sarah, was very attentive and helpful throughout the whole process considering I was mot even in Toronto when I starting looking for an apartment. I would definitely recommend her as a point of contact for any friend apartment hunting in Toronto.

We have been living here for almost a year now and just extended our lease for another year. At this price range there isn’t any other building that can match this one in this area, nicely sized brand new units and the amenities are great. But for us the best part is the staff. Concierge team, building managers, maintenance team are all amazing, very good at their jobs and so friendly. Even our dog loves them and stops by every time to say hi. Overall, great experience.

One of the nicest buildings in the area. The amenities were great and the staff was really cheerful & attentive. If 1 bdms weren’t fully leased already, I’d be moving in now!

This is the nicest apartment I've ever rented. Beautiful kitchens. First time I've ever had laundry appliances in my apartment. Very convenient location and super nice staff. love it here
