If I could rate zero stars I would. The women who work at Canada Post are absolutely sour and miserable. Unwilling to assist, combative when you ask them questions, and overall just a horrible customer service experience. I had a large package to pick up - that Canada post didn’t even attempt to drop off at my house (I was home all day) - and the staff were rude and unhelpful in the process of pick up. Skip this location unless you want your day ruined.

I felt rushed, disrespected, and inconvenienced. For their costumer service I would rate zero stars if I can. I had my picture ID that I had just used at the pharmacy at the same location on the same day to pick up meds. I also had proof of address to pick up my parcel. I am currently suffering knee injury and I had to bring second person to help carry out my parcel. On seeing my proof of address thin Asian lady with long hair with curls(Lizzi the manager)at the end demanded I open up my banking statement so that she can see the whole document. I've explained that I have the statement but I no longer have the physical credit card to match the statement as I have canceled that credit card. After looking at my banking statement she said because I did not provide exact credit card for the document I cannot pick up my parcel. I saw the box my friend sent from Korea and recognizing her writing I said Oh I see it. I think that's my parcel" She said "Well you can't have it anyways so go away". I also asked how many days parcel will be held and she answered begrudgingly

I brought in 2 packages to be sent to the US at 8 a.m. today. The postal clerk on duty was extremely helpful. I am a senior and the least bit tech savvy. She assisted me in filling up the customs forms and gave me tips on reducing postal charges. I am in awe of how amazing she was.

Have come to this location once a month to pick up from flex delivery for the last 2 years. It's the closest one i live near, and my family checks all my mail...There is a thin asian woman with long brown hair that works there often, and she's awful to people. She expects every customer to know everything about mailing items and I've seen dozens of people walk away angry with her. I've never had that happen to me, but I just don't feel welcomed at the counter. No smile, hurried tone, constant impatience, and no hello. I sweat when it's my turn cus im scared she'll cut my throat.

I’ve been going here alot because it is in the neighbourhoods. The women that work here has no respect and manners. I can’t understand why they speak and treat customers in such aggressive tone. (As if we are filthy) They cant seem to know how to interact with customer’s in respectful manners.Whenever I go drop off a package. I always speak in low tone and respectful. In exchange they confront with aggressive, rude attitude. It make me uncomfortable to speak. The workers here has no customer skills and unprofessional. I would recommend to avoid this place.

The woman who works at the post office is SO RUDE and UNKIND and NO CUSTOMER SERVISE SKILL what soever. I forgot to check her name but she always BOSSY and RUDE I normally avoid this post office because she makes me soo uncomfortable. She should not be working if she doesnt know how to treat customers.

The ladies that work here rock! Idk what these other bozos are talking about, or what they did, or whatever–but these ladies are always so helpful and friendly when I swing by to mail letters and parcels.

I was here today and the lady working didn’t had any compassion. They refused to give me my packages. They told me my ID was expired, and who knew photo ID’s even expired. I was nice and show them my student ID, name on Credit Card, and even a photo of my passport on my phone to make sure they knew it was me. They still refused telling me it was company policy. I understand policy but some people need to have compassion and make one time exceptions for good customer service.Driver should had deliver on my door tho, but they decided to drop here.

Shocking customer service. They are open until 8pm but do not think that the 2 women behind the counter will show any interest in you or what you want, even if you show up at 7:30pm. I wanted to send a birthday card to my son in the UK as quickly as possible, but everything was impossible (blaming it on Covid) or too expensive, even telling me I should go to FedEx." I walked out feeling completely disgusted and frustrated."

Attendants are nice and move lines quickly, good attitude as well
