Ask for Divya. One of the BEST customer service I've experienced in...I don't know how long. When a really good deal popped up with a phone I was looking for, Divya gave me a call. The deals sounded too good to be true, but they were : ) If you're currently looking for a phone, of course do your own research first regarding price and deals with other companies etc., but also head to the Mobile Shop. MUST compare. If you can wait for a deal to come up. WAIT. It's well worth it. Again, look for Divya when you get there. Thanks again Divya!!

Very poor service. The person lied about waiving the service fee and pretend they cannot print the paper copy of the contract for me to review before i sign. I was charged a $50 setup fee. Do not go here!

From step one of renewing my contract and upgrading everything got messed up. I gave two stars because they attempted to fix it but it took weeks and lots or back and forth and once they thought they had fixed enough they just quit assisting. I also didnt have service for 2 weeks during the process. In the end I should have directly gone to a Roger's store rather then dealing with a middleman

Overall Poor Service. I switched all 5 of our family's phone at this location, each one at a different time. 2 out of 5 times the service was good( so 2 out of 5 stars) it was the same person for both good experiences. The reason for the longest waits was the computer system they have does not recognize my postal code. I waited 40 minutes because 2 of the sales people would not check the box to manually enter the address. The last sales person refused to enter it manually when I told him about the technical difficulty and simply entered a completely random address along with entering my email wrong even when spelled out letter for letter. Most of the salespeople tried to get me to change my network choice but none could give me a plan with the same features and data at the same price point. The last salesperson told me that there was a competing plan with more data for the same price etc but when the new SIM activated we had no data. I called the carrier and they said it was only bonus data and wouldn't start until my first auto-payment came out in a month. So definitely not the same. You need to know exactly what you want and be extremely assertive to get it at this location or you will be dissappointed.

The shop states they are open at 10 am. I went to this store at 11 am today. Store was locked up no one was there. I guess you missed a sale. Oh well.

I just had the BEST customer service I have ever had for cell phones...Kaveri Arora is AMAZING!!! She is knowledgeable, polite, caring and goes above and beyond to be helpful...Don't know how much she makes, but it's NOT enough!!!

I upgraded my phone, and I was very happy with the service I received from Ali!He was super helpful, professional and courteous, to not just me, but the other customers he was also helping at the time!I would highly recommend this location and this mobilist specialist. :)

I am a senior setting up a phone plan for the first time and could not have asked for better service! Parth is apparently a new employee but was very patient and thorough which was very much apprectiated! Thank you, Parth!
