Lacking in customer service. It was only me in the store and 3 people on staff when I went and they were all chatting away not even acknowledging I was in the store. I asked for more information on the puppy packages and they just told me they didn’t have any in stock without any addition info. Most Bosley’s locations are fine just this one isn’t as good.

The staff was great. I was getting a new kitten, but I have emphysema and bronchitis which was giving me a hard time when I arrived at the store. I just asked one of the staff if she could help me out. I told her my shopping list, about 6 items and she gathered them up for me and brought them all up to the counter and carried them out to the car for me.And of course the quality of the Bosley products rank right up there with the best.

Staff was friendly, unfortunately very slow to attend to customers unless u get on them. The wash station for ur fur loved one is great! They supply an option of assorted shampoos & conditioners that are all very nice. Good prices on dog jackets when there on sale which is great because no other pet store ever has them on sale. My dog loves having his bath time there & yes the owner washes there dog. ♡

I get my dog's food from here for the past year and a half. The staff is always nice and even offer to take the heavy bag of food to my car for me. When the shelf is empty they will even go into the back to look to see if they have the product(s) I need. Thank you so much guys! I will always get my dog's food from here :)

Must be a change in staff. No customer service even though the store was not busy. Clerk did not put the purchases in my bin, just stood there looking at me. Didn't offer to open the door (even though I was loaded down) much less help me get it to my car. And no one else around that they needed to help. Hmmm, not a value-add experience. Nor could I find a manager contact so they could deal with this privately. This is a smaller store, less selection, same high price.Just talked with Customer Service who were very understanding and will follow up with the store to provide some coaching. I appreciated their follow up and response..

The Staff at Delta Bosleys are five star Amazing!! Friendly, knowledgeable and caring!! Dog wash is awesome! So many dog treats and great frozen raw food selection! Summer, Hayley, Jessie and Jack! Thank you for being so helpful every time I see them!!

Went it with my daughter to pick up treats and food for her two cats and puppy. Staff were awesome and they also have a area to bath your dogs. What a great idea. Well done
