TGMJ RV Repair

We recently had our trailer scheduled for some routine maintenance. Tim and Max soon discovered that there had been some significant leaking and extensive damage done to the back of trailer as well as floor damage on the main slide. Tim communicated with us immediately and showed my husband everything, explained everything and gave an upfront quote before they did anything. We really appreciated the communication and the excellent service we received. I highly recommend this company for any RV repairs or maintenance you may need. They are highly skilled and their customer service is excellent!

I’ve been taking my camper to these guys for a while now and Tim is very helpful. Tim is always trying to make sure my camper is in working order and if he can save money on repairs he does it. As he says he not in business to get rich but to make a living and help others, great motto in my opinion!

Tim and Max diagnosed and fixed a leak over the cab in my 25 foot Class A. Tim provided excellent customer service. He took the time to answer my questions, explain the work, and show it to me part-way through. His years of experience were apparent in his problem solving and recommendations. He was practical but realistic regarding water leaks, which are very hard to diagnose and to know for sure they are resolved. He exceeded my expectations.

We just picked up our travel trailer with a new roof, hot water heater and front. Tim did a fantastic job and fixed up extras like new vent hoods which makes it look amazing. We have a 2008 pioneer and hope it lasts us many years. There was much more mold than anticipated so Tim had me down to show where it all was and how they were going to fix it. I feel confident that he will give you honest service and get you back on the road as quick as possible. We will be back for all future repairs.

Couldn't be more satisfied with the work done on my little 16 foot Starcraft. Dealt mostly with Tim, who is an honest, straight shooter with over 20 years experience. Tim is a fountain of knowledge on all things RV. He truly cares about the quality of his work and doing the right thing, and that sets him apart in the RV repair industry. Tim and his son did not rush, they took the time to thoroughly examine every nook & cranny of my trailer and consulted with me at every major step before proceeding. I recently had TGMJ install a custom electrical system in a Cargo trailer conversion. I am overall very happy with the work completed.Tim put in the time to ensure that the of the system was well thought out and was future proof for building on to.The build quality was very clean- would recommend for custom builds or service work.

We a small business owner myself, I love supporting other family-run small businesses. Tim and Max are great guys. Not to mention, Tim's 30+ years working at a major RV dealer. My husband and I did most of our RV work and went to the pros for the remaining queries. They were honest, worked quickly, and were all-around pleasant to work with. We have a fleet and deal with lots of mechanics & repair men. Honestly, TGMJ really impressed me. Great communication throughout the project, favourable pricing, and they made great suggestions for updates/upgrades moving forward. They seem to genuinely want what’s best for the client and operate accordingly, that’s not common! We needed a new roof as an ICBC claim, I had to pay up front, but was reimbursed from ICBC quickly. I’m grateful to have had them work on my 2019 33’ travel trailer… when there’s work in the future, it’ll go back to these gents.

Tim and Max are exceptional . Tim's customers service reassured us completely that we made the right decision choosing his shop for our repairs and roof replacement. They even did extra work once we had received the trailer back to go beyond expectations and ensure our trailer was repaired with excellence, even pieces they were not paid to repair. They made delivery easy, responded to calls quickly, were always full of encouragement, helpful advice and good sense. I’ve been coming to service our travel trailer for a couple of years now, working with Tim and now Max as well. I’m glad I was referred here in the first place as these guys do good and honest work, and when it comes to RV’s, this is hard to find! Hope they’re here to stay for a long time!
