Gus Brown Whitby is Amazing, they don’t keep you waiting even if you just walk-in with no appointment like we did & Jenna Giorgi was a great help in buying our new vehicle. Jenna welcomed us quickly, politely & professionally with a full hospitality attitude & not like other typical stereotypes who dont take customers seriously & dont bother to even let you see a vehicle from outside, rest aside from inside and make excuses like RoyFoss Thornhill unprofessional rude sales people.But Gus Brown GMC staff goes above & beyond.Thank you Jenna so much for answering all of our questions & offering us a Test Drive of a brand new 2021 Zero meter Yukon Denali XL right away without any hesitations.I already decided to buy only from you in between those 5 minutes from offering a Test Drive of black Yukon A84 & when you went all the way back and came out driving our White Yukon Denali so at least we could see it from inside only because it had a Dark Brown interior which we were looking for as we couldn't drive because of PDI & again offered us to Test Drive next day.Ill make sure that if I have any of my friends or family looking to buy in future, I'll be sending them to Gus Brown, and telling them to ask for Jenna Giorgi.Jenna IA i next year will be ordering my 2nd full option customized build and price 2022/23 Denali Yukon XL with all Bells & Whistles through you.

My husband and I have purchased 5 new vehicles between the Whitby location and the Port Perry location in the last 4 years. My family as a whole has purchased 9 new ones in 5 years from the Whitby location. My husband and I currently have a 2023 GMC Sierra AT4 and a 2023 GMC Yukon Denali XL. When picking up my husbands truck, the floor mats were missing and the step bars were not installed. Not one person advised us of this prior to picking up the truck. After we got the keys, and went to get into the truck noticed there were no floor mats and the step bars weren’t installed. My husband even had to put on his license plates. This truck was $80,000.00 and this is the experience we got. This truck was also pre-ordered.Fast forward to a few weeks later, we get the call that the Yukon we ordered was in. We make the trip there to pick it up and the rims were not the ones we ordered. Again, no courtesy call about it. We were told GM swaps out options if they’re not available. No one told us that. I’m given the keys and told to do my Onstar call. While completing Onstar, I noticed the vehicle was still in transport mode which meant the PDI was never completed or, they never took it out of transport mode. Again, this is how you deliver a $90,000 vehicle to a customer?. I’m really not happy with the customer service received from sales right down to the service department. Unless something changes, myself and my family (Cotton) will not purchase anymore new vehicles from this dealership.

Sergio (service adviser) has been an absolute pleasure to conduct business with when getting my ENCORE serviced. he is very pleasant and helpful. he takes the time to explain things thoroughly.

Had oil changed at Gus Brown dealership on my AT4, noticed oil on driveway after I had drove the vehicle a couple of days. Thought the oil was from another vehicle … crawled under the truck and found oil filter could be turned over a half turn by hand. After a cool down period … Notified service manager via email with pictures … he didn’t respond. Called a couple of weeks later after the initial email … left message with Service Manager regarding my concerns; he again didn’t respond …. In my opinion - no response is a response, telling me they don’t care!!

I have been to Gus Brown for service of my Buick for many years, I have never leave a comment until today. I needed some repair work done (A/C and in op tail gate). The service advisor Dave did an excellent job, responsive to my text messages, kept me informed every step and arrange for rides (I needed a few during this visit and span two days).It wasn’t cheap (they were big enough jobs) but worth every Penny. Thank you.

I wish I could give a perfect rating as I've purchased 2 Buicks from this location but Frank is not the salesperson to deal with. We have spoken with him, the sales manager & Franks daughter that we want to purchase a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir but NO ONE seems to want a sale. This used to be a reliable place to purchase a vehicle from. Just because stock is not sitting on your lot an ordered vehicle is still a sale.Sept 2022 we were told that a 2023 Buick Envision that we put $ on was going to take 6-8 weeks for arrival as it was expected on the slow boat but as that time has come and gone with zero updates on further expected timelines from Frank we grew frustrated yet again. We contacted Gus Brown to get updates only to be spoken rudely from Fran, by him telling us to take our deposit back and cancel our order. We found out from the sales manager that the SUV had not even started yet in production. As its now January 2023, I have grown completely fed up with Buick and the lack of professionalism from the sales staff at Gus Brown. We went to Lincoln as their customer service was spot on and we were treated with respect from the moment we stepped in the door. The sales person didn't know if a sale was going to take place or not but the professionalism was impressive. It's to bad that the person who is supposed to make the returning customer feel appreciated was not even close to the Buick standards that they are supposed to stand by. It's easy to give a review that everything is great but customers really need to be cautious when a 3rd time repeat customer has had to walk away from Buick all because of a salesperson being unprofessional and lack of honesty.The Buick parent company needs to review the representatives of their franchises to make sure they are applying the Buick standards to every customer interaction.
