person on the phone assured me i could get advertised speed. after Bell and even their techs confirmed i can only get half the speed in my area, they still want to charge me full price. very disappointing and unprofessional.

Hurontel has better speeds and prices. We've also had a lot of issues with customer support over the years as well. Can't recommend.

I had them dispatch a tech to set up my internet the day I was moving into my new house. Dennis stuck around after his job was done and he was off the clock to help unload a few boxes to help out!You can't beat that kind if customer service!
