Worst experience in the Tim. We plan to order few tea and some food for our group. One employee named Dristan was sooo rude and he keep saying we will be closing soon when we try to place order for food and forced us to cancel the food. At last we ordered the tea and waited there so long. And when we got the tea it was not what we order. So we asked more sugar and milk. But the guy Dristan gave us salt instead of sugar. As a customer I feel it as a very rude and not an acceptable behaviour.

Very busy and little room for stand'n'wait for your order. Very confusing where to place order if you are new to the renovated store. Access to to order counter was blocked and congested by the stand'n'wait customers. Could have been laid out better.

Incredibly slow service. What happened to employees at fast food places? When i worked at mcdonalds it was fast paced, managers always on you about times. People working here just lumber around with no care. Pathetic.Edit: wow, i thought service was slow before. Now its all new staff and even slower. Employees move at a snails pace, no sense of urgency. Never coming back and recommend no one supports this business.

Went in for a green tea used 400 of my 2600 points isn't to far of a walk since I like doing that in my spare time, service was fast, would recommend this location

Great! Update!!!Love Timmy’s so much <3we also experienced the Nova Scotia Tim’s camp when I was 8 years old It was great.Highly recommend this spot :)

I had the pleasure of meeting Karen and Robin today at this location. Princess Street.I knew they were not regular employees at this location because it takes an eternity to get your order, but this time, i had my coffee in my hand at the same time my transaction completed. It was excellent. The food was made perfect and quick.I would pay more to just be able to be served by these two ladies everyday.Thanks Karen and Robin for making my sore and painful morning alot more enjoyable

Interior and dine in area is really clean and well maintained. The two older ladies that work there early mornings are cheerful and friendly. Love the walk-up order option as well on the side of the building. Saving time to go inside.

Definitely coming back to this location. The workers were so kind and the food was delicious! The interior is light, airy and modern. I was impressed with how clean the dining area and the bathrooms were. I was very pleased with my everything bagel - lots of cream cheese! And the chocolate glazed donut was tasty. :)
