Terrible experience, the person at the drive-in counter treated us like she was doing us a favour that she didn’t want to. It may not be a big deal for her, because she didn’t look like she cared about her job and she could easily switch to another similar job the very next day, but my idea of being treated with respect at Tim is now very dim. Wouldn’t ever go here again.

I ordered a dozen donuts on the mobile app. It was 7-10 minutes before I got to the location, and my donuts were not even in a box yet! The entire premise of an app order is so that it's ready when you walk in the door! I would have been served quicker in drive thru!!!!. This was just before 7am, so I understand it's a busy time, but jeeze...it was an app order! That means it should be ready when I get there!!!

I was told my drink would be ready in 1 minute. It in fact took only 33 seconds. I was overjoyed. I proceeded to burn my lips, tongue, and throat because of how excited I was. Never ordering an iced cap from this timmies again.

Consistently have my order made incorrectly and very slow service at this location. Save yourself the time and go to St. Jacobs. I was given the incorrect order again this morning in Elmira, but Rosie from the St.jacobs location was very apologetic and corrected their wrong.

A very poor experience.. Ordered a cappuccino with almond milk. The employee took 5 mins to clean the counter first before starting my order which I felt was wierd... once she was done with the counter she went to make said coffee. it arrived freezing cold .. it wasn't warm or anything but actually like it had come out of the freezer. I told the employee about it who smirked and took it from my hands and chucked it into the sink. She then made another which had zero sugar.. I just gave up and left.

The female who took the order was very slow and when we got to the window she had the order wrong . Think there is a language barrier. The sandwich roll was substituted with smaller bun we should have been told at time of ordering. We asked for it to be cut in half. It was a mess in the bag. First bite had mayo dripping over my clothes. Poor quality sandwich and poor service

I just ordered an iced coffee with a bit less ice and to my surprise i got less than half cup only and on being asked it is said to be company policy. How can a cup have have coffee and less ice and still come out to be only half a cup. That means i am buying ice with some spoons of coffee within?I have been a customer from quite a long while now but now the cost cutting is tremendous or whatever the policy is for.The cream cheese on the bagels is not even half of what is being offered at other tim hortons.I thought of letting the concerned people know.

Since the ownership has shifted, this is arguably the worst Tim’s. They consistently get orders wrong, make things wrong, don’t have basic things Tim’s should have (e.g. eggs)… they also don’t seem to know how to make coffee anymore :( (my most recent coffee was horribly burnt). If you can, I would skip this Tim’s and go to a different Tim Hortons.
