This place is awesome! I bring my dog Dottie here whenever she needs a bath. The staff are friendly and professional. My dog isn't always easy and the girls here treat her kindly and with lots of patience. Dottie always comes home happy and smelling great!

Great spot! The groomers do an excellent job and are always kind and professional. The staff are very patient and clearly love working with pups! Highly recommend!

The staff are always so accommodating and caring when I bring my pup for a groom!She is a large shepherd cross, so not an easy brush out… she is happy to see them and always looks and smells amazing at pickup :)Couldn’t be happier!

The terms of service were very reassuring for me. They won’t brush your dog past his limits and will charge you for brushing longer, as they take great care your dog enjoys the experience. They don’t groom a multiple amount of dogs at the same time. I found my dog wanting to play with them and coming back in a great mood (as well as a great haircut).Professional, knowledgeable, skilled, caring and efficient groomers. I can’t recommend more.SECOND VISIT: My previous dogs hated going to be groomed and came back more anxious than anything. These ladies somehow worked magic with my young puppy. My dog was excited to be back! The mood is quite relaxed and they were great at answering all my questions. The lady gave me a report on how my puppy is doing and how I can take care of her at home.I asked for the fur to stay longer in her face, a shorter body fur and shaved feet (for the summer). I know it isn’t the style everyone would choose, but they did exactly what I asked and I love it.Would recomment this place to all my friends with furry companions, absolutely including puppies and hesitant owners/dogs.

The best groomers!! They are professional,patient, and the dogs are always happy as they have freedom. Book far in advance as they are super popular.

Bernedoodle Owners Beware! We specifically asked for our puppy to NOT be shaved as he was NOT matted and did not require it. They completely disregarded what we asked for and we even brought photos in and used a previous dog as an example. They did not even speak to us afterwards or tell us how he was. AND they for sure did not give our poor boy any water as he gulped down 3 bowls when we got home and was panting when we arrived. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!! He has been completely shaved and they absolutely knew that they did not do what we asked as they hid in the back room. AND they cut his ear and it is now extremely red and looks very painful! They did not even say good-bye to Alvin or tell us when to bring him back. They also charged us for a large breed even though he is only 55 lbs and 7 months. We cannot even comprehend what they did to his head and his white paws and chest are not even very clean. Not worth your time or the extra money that they feel that they can charge. Must be a reason that their daycare was shut down!!! Poor service perhaps....
