This location’s quality has been going downhill in a hurry. This is the third time I’ve had issues within the past few months. We had the stale burnt bun issue the other commenter mentioned below and one time we had a burger with no patty, only to discover once we got home. This time, there was mayo and other toppings on a buddy cheese burger for my son (twice now) when we ask for only ketchup. One was right, the other was this mess. Many times they have forgotten napkins, the snack bar or lollipop in the kids pack, it’s unreal how many mistakes this place makes.

Yesterday we were in the area shopping and decided to stop by the Spears and Dorval A&W. We walked in shortly after 6:00 and there was no one at the order counter. We stood there looking at the menu and within a minute we are ready to order.We continue to stand there patiently with no acknowledgment from the staff while they served 4 drive-through customers. As the fifth customer drove up to the window the young lady in the kitchen looked at me but then turned away. The young man working the window started to have a conversation with the 5th customer on how expensive the hamburgers are. We waited while they completed the conversation and then I asked if anyone was going to serve us. The young man at the window looked at me and smiled and then continued to talk to the customer at the drive-thru window. It was at this point as a customer I was thoroughly disappointed. We waited over 10 minutes with no one in front of us and none of the employees felt that they should come and take our order or acknowledge us at the counter. We decided to walk out and take our business elsewhere. Still at the counter I said thank you for the fantastic customer service". The three staff working in the establishment all looked as I said my comment and walked out the front door. As we walked out the front door we had to cross the drive through driveway and the young man working the window who is still having a conversation with the fifth customer looked at me and laughed. I asked him what was so funny and he just continued to laugh at me. I said you made the wrong move your management will hear about this and he continued to laugh. I am disgusted at the attitude and lack of professionalism. We decided to walk across the parking lot and go to Chuck's Roadhouse and had two great hamburgers there for less than what it cost at a&w. I truly hope management understands what kind of support staff they have.Sincerely

Finally...an A&W location where the onion rings were just perfect. Thank you! Your onion rings made my day. Great frozen root beer as well on a hot summer day!

This location is definitely not up to the A&W standard and should have its franchise license revoked. I waited 8 minutes in the drive for my sandwich only to find all three of them are burnt. I’m sure staff knows this and didn’t even try to make a new one for me. Instead they handed me the burnt bun and I was only able to find out when I got home.

I just had the worst experience at this restaurant, and I need to share it with others. First of all, the staff wasn't wearing gloves while making the food! If you don't want to eat bacteria and skin flakes, avoid this place.And they made my son late for his swimming competition. I placed an order on their app at 10:00 AM, and it said they'd start preparing the food 7 minutes before I arrived. I got to the drive-thru around 10:20 AM and waited patiently behind three cars for 20 minutes. When it was my turn, I thought my food would be ready, but they forgot one of my burgers.They told me to park and wait 3 minutes for the burger to be ready. After waiting, nothing happened. I went inside and saw them still making my burger (without gloves!) while working on orders for cars behind me. They claimed they only started preparing the food 3 minutes before I arrived, not the 7 minutes the app said.They forgot my order, made me wait 30 minutes even though I ordered early through the app, and didn't seem to think they did anything wrong. What's the point of having an app if they can't get the order right and prepare it on time?I've used other burger place apps without issues, but this place was slow and messed up my order. I'm deleting their app and going elsewhere. There are plenty of other options, and I won't waste my time and money on a dirty and slow restaurant.

I ordered a burger from here, took a bite, and guess what I found.... A BANDAID IN THE BURGER! Thoroughly disgusting!!! I went back and all they said was We can make you another burger". No apology. If that's all they offer to make up for this horrible experience

Typical fast food location, service is standard and quick.But the tables, floors, trays and almost everything need extra cleaning, where it looks they are short-staffed, where no one was available to clean.
