I want to warn everyone this company is way over priced by over 100 percent they charge 860 for a main line clean where everybody else charges 200 they quoted me 18000 to 24000 for a main line replacement thankfully I did not have them do the replacement line (unfortunately payed the 860 for clean out) because I talked to a another company they stated their main line clean is 200 and just quoted someone for a 100 foot line for 13000 also my line is only 75 foot so would be cheaper then the outrageous quote that these guys gave. So please be forwarned upswing these guys

Your service, both times has been outstanding. First call was for our tankless water heater which was a fast same day replacement. Second call was for a sump pump that had gone bad. Replacement was done quickly (same day) too. Best surprise was when Kindred appeared at my door same day as my call and their schedule was already fully booked when I called earlier in the morning. They had a cancellation and got me taken care of!

Looks like a lot of single stars recently. I’ll add to that as the technician said they have plenty of business with disregard for me as a customer.He said they have a new process that makes doing business with them far more difficult, that was my exact experience.From scheduling with the office to working with and communicating with the team in the field they’ve lost the small town touch and made me feel like I was just another fish in the sea.

Having done business with this plumbing company in the past, we made an appointment to have them service our water system in the crawlspace, which they installed 2 1/2 years ago. Appointment made on Monday, scheduled for Friday, and canceled at 8 AM on Friday due to the fact that they don’t travel that far. This was information that could’ve been shared earlier in the week and saved us 2 1/2 hours of driving time to the location. Most unprofessional treatment of customers.

When a drain pipe under the concrete in our basement failed, the Kindred crew came to the rescue! The prompt response to our call, all the way to the completion of the job, we could not be happier. Kade, Taylor, and Kevin were polite and professional, ensuring that we were happy with their work each step of the way. I would recommend Kindred to anyone in need of plumbing services!

Kindred plumbing came to resolve backed up main sewer line. Plumbers were nice and cautioned me up front about costs and risks. They could not clear the sewer line and they could not camera the line. The company did however charge me $860 for these services that they tried, but failed to do. The next day TLC was able to clear the line and record camera footage both at half the cost.

So grateful for Kindred’s professional support during my weekend “mini crisis “. First of all, much to my surprise, the phone was answered by a live person on a Saturday! -Huge relief for a grandma in the middle of winter, who’s heater went out right before the grandsons arriving for a weekend stay.Bob, was genuinely polite and reassuring when he answered my call. He let me know he was on a job, but would be able to arrive in about two hours. While waiting, all kinds of scenarios of huge fees, hours of repair, or totally needing to replacing my older furnace ran through my head. When Bob arrived -he did a little trouble shooting, then explained what thought could be the problem to my husband. In about two minutes, I heard the warm air blowing through vents. Thank you for your quick response on a Saturday, your knowledge and professional customer service! Will definitely recommend! Happy Grandma.

From the time I called to make an appointment till the moment the gentleman left my driveway, it was a fantastic experience. The gentleman was very nice, informative and even gave me a few tips to help my old AC and Heating system. He made sure I did not have any questions before he left. I really enjoyed working with Kindred Plumbing and Heating. They have a life time customer from me. I will highly recommend this company to anyone.

We had our lines rerouted and switched to on demand hot water. I can't say enough good things about Kindred. John and his crew arrived every day on time and worked extremely hard to remain on the promised timeline. They were competent, professional, and kind. When the work was done they made sure to walk through everything they did and educate us on our investment. We couldn't be happier. Thank you to everyone at Kindred for an outstanding experience.

Bob & John & their team are the upmost in professionals. They gutted the partially finished basement & totally reworked the plumbing, drains, and heating ducts. This was a large & complicated project, and they executed it magnificently. There were many challenging items that they used creative solutions to produce the final result we desired. Bob is truly an 'artist with plumbing'. They were always pleasant & respectful on the job site. They always ended each day by cleaning up their work area. I am constantly referring others to Kindred for their projects. Thanks to the whole team.
