Absolutely unprofessional and have no respect or care for the client's interests. They have a collusion with the other party's relator and play around with disinformation. Their sole interest is their commission at the cost of client's loss. On top of it, they engage fraudulent property inspectors who provide fake reports without conducting a proper inspection. The sales agents have zero negotiation skills. The whole team is incompetent and don't deserve even a zero rating.
