Excellent service all around. My vehicle was damaged during an attempted theft and the staff was very empathetic and helpful. Explained the process in detail and kept me informed throughout. Provided a loaner during repairs and returned the vehicle looking brand new. I strongly recommend the shop for repairs if required. A++

Stay away from Fix Auto Brossard!Last year I had my Toyota Corolla fixed there (after an accident). It took them 4 weeks to finish all the reparations. When I went to pick up the car there was no wipers. I asked them about that and the mechanic told me that my car had no wipers (??!!). After I was arguing with them few minutes they told me that I can pay 40$ and they will install new wipers for me. Then I showed them photos with my car right after the accident, to proof that the wipers were there. They still refused to install any wipers for free. So I had to leave, buy new wipers from Toyota dealer and come back 2 hours later to pick up the car.Also, they charged about 6200$ for the reparations. But guess what, there was plenty of missing parts (many bolts were missing, underneath the front of the car, also the bottom of the bumpber was not attached well, many spare parts that they installed as new" were in fact heavily used and had scratches

horrible service, no feed back. my car sat in their lot for 3 weeks before they called me to transfer it to another garage. i had to wait 2 months before getting my car back.

Technicians are so non-professional, I had to go back two times after I got my car repair there. Strongly NOT recommend!

They are not responsible. They ordered a part for my car and did not bother to call me when they got it. When I took my car to the garage they took the car inside and to put the part. They told me it was all done.In fact they did not put that part at all. I noticed after, that it was not installed and and came back to question them and then they saidthat they received the wrong piece. They said they will reorder and call me. I am still waiting for their call.

Superb work, done on time. Office manager was friendly, explained process. Upon pick up, noticed they had washed my car, shined my tires, not expected but really appreciated. Highly recommended.

Very friendly people and amazing service !! You can follow progress of repair online where they post photos and details. They finished the work on time as they promised.

The Estimator there is around 70 years old gentlemanand has difficulties seeing/finding the damages on the car. So his estimates were off by almost 800$. I showed him an earlier estimate from AutoFix Verdun but still he was not able to see the damages under the hood. He couldn't differentiate between damages caused by the accident and damages caused by tear and wear.He also has issues controlling his temper. Still, he was very polite in general compared to the reception lady at the left side of the reception desk.I would defiantly do business with Auto Fix VERDUN not AutoFix BROSSARD.

I am always satisfy to bring my car to fix auto ! Easy to deal one point service ! But car still not repair due to missing parts!
