Love this place for the grandson. He went thru the summer and had a blast. Can't wait to go next year, hopefully can get more then just the one week next time. Great price and apparently gourmet food. That's a bonus. The councillors are just amazing with the kids and treat everyone the same. Great atmosphere for all involved.

Recent visit this for a cultural event but this camp was amazing. There were kids activities like archery, shooting, play ground, boating, indoor basketball & tennis court. Kids had a lot of fun. Ample parking and washroom. Follow for more.

This was an amazing place! I really enjoyed it here, I went with my class, for a field trip, I did archery and the people were very nice, and we went canoeing, and a really funny thing was one of my classmates fell off their canoe, but the life haired helped home get out, also the water isn’t that deep, so it’s really safe, I also did a water fight, and it was amazing!!!! I highly recommend this place as a really good camp to go with your class! That why I’m giving it 5 stars!!!GO CAMP CHESTMERE!

I just went to this camp a few weeks ago. I did not have a good experience here. Some key points of why:-Bathrooms were really really dirty, cabins were alright but could do a little more cleaning.-Music in worship was very loud, to the point where the singer was just screaming into the mic-Worship also talked about some concerning topics (nsfw.) Some kids there were not even 13 yet.-My cabin leaders were definitely biased over the white girls. We got treated differently (probably because me and my friends are asian.) Cabin leaders would usually listen to their plans, not me or my friends. If we went outside, they would also take all the shade/sitting areas and just leave us be.During one night, the white girls just kept talking with the cabin leader that was with us. It was already around 12:30, and I was -very tired. I asked to go to sleep around 3 times, but just got ignored. Next morning, I had a headache and later got sick. The cabin leader/white girls also started arguing with us since me and my friends were being too loud. I said to them 'it's only like 20 seconds of laughing very loud, plus you guys talking lasted more than an hour during sleeping time last night.' The cabin leader started yelling at me and gave me weird looks throughout the day. What did I even do wrong? It's just no communication for 20 seconds?-I am a christian that doesn't support LBGTQ, and there was several things during the week of the camp that was related to LBGTQ. I felt very uncomfortable throughout each event and asked my cabin leader if I could not go (if there was an event.) She gave me a look of 'I don't care' and said 'you have to come.'-Food was pretty good, it was bland sometimes-Activities were also very funI personally do not recommend coming here.

Cool place. Never knew about it til we were invited by friends to a bday party. Apparently this a full blown camp for kids where they can learn a multitude of outdoor things all within reach of the Calgary.

This camp was very clean and also very modern. When I arrived there was no dinner being served, but snack. The food was very good, but the meals for the next day I wouldn't say are my favourite. They were either tasteless or they give your barely anything. But the camp counsellors made up for it. My favourite ones are Boom, UV, and Flo. ;) We had a day full of fun activities and no ones is forced to do anything which I love. Although I did had to go home early do to some family issues other than the food I would rate it a 4/5 stars. Tell UV I said hi!
