I really recommend Embrace Yoga and Health. Kathleen is an amazing professional and kind teacher. I love yoga because of her. She is very supportive and always gives a lot of attention to everyone in class. I always leave her class feeling better than when I arrived!

Kathleen is a skilled yoga teacher and is dedicated to making yoga accessible for all bodies. Embrace is such a welcoming space for people to practice yoga & meditation in a supportive and nourishing environment.
