Surrey Christmas Lights

January 9th, 2020 - Surrey Christmas Light folks arrived this week as promised to take down our tree lights. Let me know when they had arrived on the premises, and when they had completed the work and were ready to leave. Professional, friendly, courteous. We'll definitely be contacting them in 2020 for our tree lights.November 6, 2019 – today we retained New Again Exterior Cleaning for our gutters and to put Christmas tree lights on a 20-30 foot evergreen tree in front of our house. This was the first time we had used New Again Exterior Cleaning to clean our house gutters, which were badly in need of cleaning. I have clear standards and tend to perfectionism. I did thorough research looking for quality and WCB coverage. Their online presence in terms of quotations and email response was impressive to say the least. I pulled a WCB clearance letter with no issues. With these good experiences in mind, I was curious to see if their “on-the-ground” work would be of the same quality – and it was. They arrived on time, were professional (and non-smokers), non-intrusive (efficiently and quietly performed the services they said they would) and put the organic material from our gutters went into our bins as agreed. They used ladders b/c no need to go on the roof of our two-storey house, and there was no damage to any planting that is tight around the house. Christmas tree lights went up smoothly; minor damage to one small plant – which New Again offered to replace, but not an issue for us so we declined. Payment was just as smooth online. Definitely impressed. Intend to hire to pressure wash all of our exposed aggregate and, at a minimum, have some conversation about washing exterior of house windows. In addition to everything I’ve said, what I also value is the “full service” New Again offers. For me, I have an opportunity to continue to contact the same people, which over time develops my trust in them, and their trust in me to be honest about what I need, my expectations accordingly, and pay promptly; for New Again, I like to think it offers repeat business through “word of mouth” which can often be more important than advertising.
