Just another money grabbing company that doesn’t care about people. They’ll treat you like family until a problem arrives then they’ll turn their backs and take your money and run. Wouldn’t recommend, they seem great unless problems come up. They tell me only west jet vacations can help me and west jet vacations says only travel agent can help me, but because of the miscommunication Between west jet vacations and uniglobe they decided to keep my $1000 deposit and offer me a $400 credit to be used only with them and WestJet vacations within a 12 month time frame. Why would I possibly ever want to deal with them again their offer was a fruitless attempt to make me happy, knowing full well that I won’t be using the credit

Michelle did an amazing job when booking a trip for myself and 10 others for a bachelor party. She was knowledgable, and found us an amazing deal with direct flights. I suggest giving her a call when booking any trip.
