Seasons Retirement Community in Stoney Creek

Seasons has provided my 90 year old mom with a lovely home for the last two plus years. Her suite on the 8th floor had a fabulous view which she loved. The staff are very attentive and helpful. Lots of things to do considering COVID has been around for so long. Recently my mom had to move to memory care there. She has a very nice suite and the staff are amazing. The transition was far smoother than I anticipated. My family are very appreciative of the support and love they have provided to my mom. They’ve made her feel welcome and at home. Also having the hair salon is such a blessing! Debbie is wonderful with the residents and does a great job! The front desk staff are great too. Sandra and Jann have been there a long time and are always cheerful and helpful. Thanks to everyone there working hard to make the residents feel welcome and safe!

Seasons Stoney Creek is a wonderful clean environment for both retirement and memory care. Staff is extremely amazing always caring and doing activities. My mother has been been in memory care with Seasons Stoney Creek since September 2018 the staff treats her as if she was their mother and I know they love her as their own and I am not only talking about the incredible caregivers but also the management, head nurse, coordinator and front desk as well and anyone else I may have missed. I would highly recommend Seasons Stoney Creek to anyone seeking for a loving home for their loved ones. Betty Panchyshyn

I worked at Seasons Stoney Creek briefly, as I secured a job with substantially higher pay than what Seasons pays. ($15.53 hr)I enjoyed meeting new and friendly people, both staff and residents!I also thought that since it’s alternate weekend work that $15.53 didn’t cut it.

I've never been inside, but I live across the street and can see the seniors having a blast on the patio. They also seem to be have a more exciting social life than I.

Looks really modern and upscale. Voting booth was at this location so I only got to see the lobby area...

Just a really lovely and friendly place. Great staff and pleasant atmosphere.

Started out strong, but quality of food and services has declined. Turnover in staff has had a hugely negative impact on quality of food. Fewer activities for residents as well. Know Corp office will respond with kind words, but despite many calls of concern nothing changes. Bottom line, they don’t pay their staff enough. If they did, there would not be so much turnover. Not a bad place, just was so much better early on.

The food is absolutely garbage and it’s one of the most unsanitary kitchens ever!
