Hired these guys for my parents, they did an absolute awesome job. Was very pleased. Not only were they competitive in price their quality and personal interaction and fallow up with my parents was unbelievable give these guys a shot!

Hired these guys to replace our deck. One put his foot through the roof into our garage. A year later it leaks into our garage. No return phone calls. Zero customer service. BBB is now being notified. Beware of Marco and Joe zero stars*

Like another reviewer, I also put out a request on a community Facebook page looking for recommendations for gutter repair. Stormtech was the first recommendation, and Marco came over right away to check out the issues and give me a quote. Although one corner needed to be sealed, Marco showed me photos of what was really going on once he examined the gutters from the roof; i.e., the gutters were only but seriously in need of cleaning. Marco provided the quote and came back to seal the corner and clean the roof and gutters of all debris. He also showed me photos of the work done so I could see everything was thoroughly cleaned. A few days later, a deluge of rain came, which exposed a blockage at a bend which caused water to spew from the joint and onto my deck. Although past 9 p.m. Joe came by and cleared the plug (this meant getting on a ladder in the dark while the ice cold water streamed down his arm and front...and not once losing his patience, even when the joint was stubbornly stuck and the blockage would not easily clear while his hands froze. The poor guy below securing the ladder and standing under the waterfall was similarly saint-like). Joe then checked all around the house to make sure there were no other issues while still soaked! I suspect most companies would not have made a nighttime call during a December rainstorm, and I was extremely grateful (the noise alone from the gushing water hitting below would have meant a sleepless night). Every time I interacted with Marco and Joe, they were so personable and professional. I just hope they’ll be available every year to clean my pesky gutters because I’ll also trust them to inspect what other issues might be lurking up there.

Our experience with Marco at Stormtech was excellent from the moment of contact. I had put out a request on our community Facebook page looking for someone who could fix our chimney leak. In first speaking with him, I felt at ease with his amount of knowledge and his personable nature. He made us feel like customers, not just another quote. He followed up after the original estimate was sent out, checked in periodically to ensure we were still on the same page for work being done, and was patient and flexible as we made changes (even right up to the last minute). The quality work (roofing over our removed chimney stack, and installing attic ventilation) was completed on time and as discussed, and everything was cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Marco and his team at Stormtech!
