Justin did a very thorough initial assessment and I left knowing more about my body and why I was experiencing pain. I've been dealing with lower back, neck, and shoulder pain for a long time, but he eased the pain in one session. He also gave me stretches to target those areas on my own time. I highly recommend seeing him if you're looking for a RMT!

Justin Mendoza is an amazing massage therapist. Not only has been addressed my ache and pains; but has helped with conditions that I didn't know could be treated by massage therapy such a TMJ. His knowledge, kindness, and ability to make anyone comfortable are qualities that set him apart from many other therapists!

Justin is an amazing therapist. I’m an active athlete and I have seen him for all sorts of treatments ranging from 45 quickie fixer uppers or 90 min cupping sessions to help my body feeling and moving better

I always had tense shoulders and neck, along with back pain because of school but Justin fixed that! He's very communicative and answers questions professionally. Makes you feel comfortable and relaxed during the session. Definitely recommend!

Justin is seriously amazing! I work in a stuffy office all day, and his massages are a total lifesaver for my back and neck. It's like pure bliss! The whole experience is so relaxing, I feel like a new person afterward. Trust me, if you're in need of some serious office relief, this is the specialist you gotta see.

Sharing my secret: it’s unbelievable how great Justin is. My life is filled with workouts/sports and long days at a physically and mentally demanding job. I go to Justin about once a month. Justin learns about your specific needs, makes every effort to get straight to the point, and leaves you feeling that you’re getting the best massage of your year, every time. I can assure you that his knowledge of muscle anatomy combined with his actual practice is among the best I’ve ever experienced. To top it all off, he’s just genuinely a nice, down-to-earth guy. I highly recommend him.

Justin is by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. He is very professional, provided great communication skills, and alongside that created a very friendly environment to either speak about life, learn things on the body, and even shared a few laughs here and there. His customer service skills were on point as well. I would highly recommend going to Justin for your massage needs. You will definitely not regret it.

I went to Justin for the first time, and was instantly in love with his practice. As an aging athlete I need more than just the touch that most therapist do, Justin took it too the next level by adding pushing/pulling and some stretching while touching. He really makes the effort, and it makes for a special practice! Will definitely be back!

Im an avid cyclist and started to come out of the rides with some knee pain. I decided to try getting a massage to see if it would help relieve the pain. This by far helped with my knee pain. Justin was able to decipher that my right leg was the leg putting more output which was also the same leg that I was having knee pain. I am definitely going to make this a normal routine to come in for massages to help prevent any injuries fromOccurring and to keep me on my bike! I would recommend anyone to see Justin 100%
