Went to Canadian Tire to get a socket. Walked around the tools department for 10 minutes and no sign of any workers to unlock the cage. Went to Customer Service and the lady paged for a guy to come see me in aisle 2. 10 minutes went by and nobody showed so I went back to Customer Service and the lady paged for a guy to come help me again. Another 10 minutes went and still no help. So I gave up and gave my business to someone else. Terrible service!

Automotive Repair exasperated the situation. Followed the advice of the technician who diagnosed a small gear oil leak in the differential. Provided the part as it wasn’t readily available and advised the technician that it might not be the correct part. Technician installed and later advised that another part was required. In the meantime the rear differential made a grinding noise. I called and advised that I had the additional part and they agreed to continue repair. Was having the car towed 45 kilometers to the shop; they called and said they couldn’t finish the job and to take it to another repair shop. The other repair shop will not be able to assess this issue until several days later. Canadian Tire should have made arrangements to finish the job since it was them who made the recommendation for this repair.

Great store but and this is a turn off for me WASHROOM IS FILTHY, everytime I go it's the same!Toilets aren't flushed,leaks and just unsanitary! Would deter me from shopping there when Grand Falls is so near@
