Great time out and a nice pint on tap at northwinds after!

It's the first time I rented from here, instead of directly at the Blue Mountain rental place. The prices are great by comparison and the equipment was really good too (I'm no expert but the boots felt well cushioned and the equipment looked like it was in good shape). I let the shop owner know that I'm a learner and this is the first time I was offered shorter skis to make it easier. I had the best time skiing on this trip! Thank you very much!

I had an amazing experience with the owner Brian. I came into the store at the same time as three other couples. I have never been more impressed by such efficient customer service. Brian and his employee quickly dealt with all of the customers taking time to ensure appropriate skis were selected for each person. At the same time, Brian provided the type of customer service that made you feel like he was an old family friend. An added bonus is getting to meet the adorable Lulu, likely the only bunny ski shop mascot you will ever meet. I highly recommend renting from Banff Sport. Not only is it a short drive to the ski hill but provided efficient service, friendly staff and extremely reasonable prices!

Easy to reserve rentals online. Quick to get them and so much more affordable to enjoy a nice day of skiing/ snowboarding. Staff was really helpful and friendly. Never knew they had a rental place before going to Blue Mt and now I will always come here!

Very very very rude. I called in advance for ski tuning and when I showed up the owner was extremely rude and unhelpful. So many better places in Collingwood to go. Do not waste your time here.

We were looking for a last minute place to get our snowboard waxed and sharpened en route to Blue Mountain as we were excited to hit the slopes. We came across this business - the Banff name interested us so we decided to check it out. The owner, Brian, and his helper were eager to assist us with our request. While we waited (only 10 minutes!!), he kept us entertained with humour and great life stories. I'm happy to have found this business and would highly recommend it. There's no better deal in town! Great work and exceptional customer service!

Rented skis twice now. Walked in and said we’re skiing for the first time. He made sure to give us appropriate equipment and great advice for our first time. Great family business. This will be our rental place when ski at Blue

Customer service was great, owner is very friendly and wax/tune prices are good. However, I would've paid more and waited longer to have a better job done. Literally unwrapped my brand new, never ridden high end board in the shop to have sharpened and waxed.. and i've never seen a sloppier wax job done. The top sheet is mixed matte/gloss black, so the left over wax is very obvious and it looks terrible. I got home and had to scrape the excess off the sidewalls and top sheet. Still trying to buff out the wax from the matte finish. I understand its going to get scratched and dinged.. but c'mon, it hasn't even seen snow yet. I also didn't appreciate the business sticker that was stuck on it.
