Used to be trustworthy but nothing but a Bunch of lying unprofessional crooks now. went in for an mvi and was told I needed to bunch of work pass inspection. Went to another garage for a second opinion and there was no issue.Stay away.

Phenomenal service. I’ve noticed a huge difference in the atmosphere in there and the service, it’s been much better the last few months. Everyone in there is so kind and helpful. Whenever you have questions or need help, there’s always someone there who is more than happy to help you. I’ve noticed that my vehicle gets taken into the shop much faster/closer to the appointment time than it has before! Overall, I’ve noticed many improvements to the customer service and the overall experience I have with Coast Tire. Will definitely be taking my vehicles there for every service from now on!

Always great service! Use these guys a fair bit for work, and as such I have started using them for my personal vehicle. Competitive rates and a good skill set to back it up. Nice that there is tea/coffee in the waiting area for while you wait.

Took my transport to these guys today to have my tires retorqued. The law requires me to have replaced/repaired tires retorqued within 100km of driving them. I had 5 tires replaced.These amazing guys at this shop retorqued all 5 for free!!! Saying they won’t charge the normal fee of at least $20/tire because they just want to ensure I was travelling down the road safely and no tires will be flying off.What an amazing group of guys! This is kind of viewpoint for road safety is absolutely 10 star service!Thanks guys really appreciate it!

Was driving from Cape Breton to Ontario and had to make an emergency stop due to a slow leak. The staff were extremely helpful and did the best they could to temporarily fix the tire so that we can get to the nearest dealer that sold the tire we required, since Coast tire New Glasgow did not have it in stock. After all the work they did, they did not even want to charge us!!!!Would highly recommend this place for their customer service, friendliness and thoughtful service!!!Thanks for helping us in time of need!!!!

Had our appointment cancelled at the last minute due to one of their mechanic's family situation. They kept our vehicle inside and got us in the next day, good service and reasonable price for new tires. Have dealt with them before and would recommend.
