Horrible service! I pay for shipping for a reason! Not to have the delivery driver simply leave a delivery notice without even buzzing my apartment buzzer and than claiming I was unavailable andDELIVERY NOTICE is filled out all wrong with wrong dates and I now have to spend $40 to cab to pick up package that I already paid an $8 shipping fee for.. ridiculous

Sent a parcel from Windsor to Brantford. No special service was requested - cost was $44.10. The cost is high compared to the business rate. I suggest everyone use Canada Post and save yourself some money!

They had a shipping $20 promotion during the Xmas season. When I went to Purolator to ship the package, they said the promotion was over. Keep in mind, their customer service at the 1-888 number was the one who told me about the promotion. I ended up paying over triple the amount to ship my package.I called customer service again and was informed the promotion was not over - it was running for a few more weeks. Customer service created a case to have the situation rectified. I was clearly overcharged.Management from the Windsor office did not contact me for nearly two months. The manager told me she would get back to me in a week regarding a refund. It has now been 4 months, and she never called back. I ended up getting some money back, but it was only because I contacted customer service at the 1-888 number. The customer service at the Windsor office is very poor. Mistakes happen and I can understand that, but the fact that the manager didn't fully resolve the issue, reflects poorly on the business.

Soooo frustrated! Stayed home for important pickup and the guy didn't even knocked the door and never used door bell. How do you want me to predict that the guy is outside? What kind of pick up service is this when you are literally outside of my house but don't pick up and want me to drop the package at other address you leave on the door.... seriously is it that hard to knock on the door or ring the bell. Over that they don't answer the phone calls and waited an hour to get the response on the call but no one answered. We are paying for pickups not for going back to the provided address by ourselves, we could have done that in first place. I could have rated 0 star if possible!

They never ring the doorbell and force us to have delivery. If youbhate people so much don't get a job that you must talk to them.

Great that they have outdoor lockers BUT better instructions would be helpful As would NOT putting the boxes up so high At 5’2” it was a hard reach on my tip toes to barely be able to reach gets -1 star

Absolutely terrible customer service. Purolator is not what it use to be. Products marked as Cannot be delivered" but no attempt for delivery was actually made. No phone call to inform me of them not being able to deliver - when talking to an agent I am informed that I will get it later in the day - when calling in I am then informed I have to wait until tomorrow. I spent an extra $60 just to get it delivered for the cost it would have been without the express delivery."

Fast service. Next time I will request package to be dropped of at back door. Was out front where anyone could take it. Son came and put jn back for me. Friendly customer service.

Had to go there and pick up my personal because the delivery guy never even knocked at the door. Very upsetting
