Impossible de rejoindre quelqu'un au téléphone. Le message sur le téléphone dit de faire le 0 pour laisser un message, mais lorsqu'on fait le 0, on retourne au début du menu et tout recommence. On peut faire l'étoile pour avoir le répertoire téléphonique, mais lorsqu'on fait l'étoile ça dit que l'extension n'est pas valide. Visiblement fait pour le web et ils ne veulent pas qu'on les appelle!!!

Great knowledgeable and friendly staff. They will go the extra mile to find you the vacation that will suit your needs. They have a lot of brochures on cruises, but they can sell you all different kinds of vacations like any other trave agency. If you don't have time to do your research and if you want to benefit from the staff's experience, you need to pay them a visit.

I spoke to 2 different agents. Gave them the details of what I wanted and had a back and forth a couple of times and then they stop contacting you. Don't go there. Seems friendly at first but then they ignore you.
