Staff are treated horribly. Turn over rate is almost 100% 20mins for lunch and thats it! Bathroom breaks are few and far between. I also wouldn't feed the treats to your dogs as ive gotten splinters from the treats multiple times.

Poor work environment, very unprofessional management/ownership (and perhaps the receptionist as well considering the slight passive aggressive nature of the responses to one star reviews). Extremely quick turnover rate and I can’t say I’m surprised. I make sure to always mention how much I would not recommend working here to anyone looking for a job! Many 5 star reviews from the stores that buy the cookies (and the pups do enjoy them) and their own employees, but most of the one stars come from previous employees. The takeaway? Good treats for your pups (but I mean, let’s be honest, it’s not like a dogs standard is that high)but bad place to work.

The worst place to work and the management is terrible. They treat workers worse than prisoners. They don’t have any sense of appreciation for the workers efforts( even though the workers told to make 300 boxes an hour, and the team made more 300boxes still called inefficient and the one of their managers said it’s inefficient and I do care my money not waste on them. Witchcrafts, there were two extremely hard working loyal senior ladies who were hugged and told” My best friends” by the owner’s wife one day and they’re fired the next day. The poor ladies looked for stickers from used sticker rolls to save money for this horrible company, end of the day they’re still kicked out of the door. I felt so bad for the two grammas.In short the owners and management team don’t have any decency, they only care about money and profit. They see the people as beggars or something worse than that.

I tired working here for a day and it's not for everyone. The staff are unorganized and the place is to small for staff. No room for sitting, You also need a card to go in or out of the smoker pit/eating area. I learned the hard way..i was late from being lock out and nobody answered. Not recommended to people who want a long term job. Other then that, workers are friendly.

I have multiple stores and sell Bosco & Roxys cookies at all my stores. Customers love seeing the new and creative designs. My staff always enjoy ordering Bosco & Roxys cookies as they have lots of new designs that are funny and have different themes whether it's holidays, seasons etc. They also accept all credit cards including AMEX so it makes it easy to do business with them. Highly recommend.

Bosco & Roxy's is an amazing place for all of your dog treat needs. The colorful designs and creative ideas are super fun and most importantly, our dog LOVES them! Super friendly and very helpful staff when you first walk in. Huge selection of fresh and frozen treats too. I had the pleasure talking to Mary and Maddy, so glad I stopped in.Can't wait for this round of treats to be devoured so I can go back and pick out some more.Good luck at the Show!
