I took my 4TB external hard drive in to be recovered. I was suppose to be updated on if it was recoverable. Didnt hear anything for days, even called but Terry" wasnt there to speak with me. Then almost a week later i got a voice mail saying my bill was currently over $500. I got him to stop what he was doing because I didnt not approve that and he still charged me $35 for a diagnosis i never received. Took the drive to 4mart on spring garden and had my data recovered within 2 days for $100."
