Good service. Quick response to call and came on the same day. We had problems of gas leakage in the main kitchen under the stove and the boiler piping in the basement. Alan came and replaced the gas regulator and shut off valve. Professional. He also assessed our boiler system which was a basic design. We agreed an upgrade of the system to optimize the efficiency of the boiler. Another team came few days later. Simon and Saber did the job well. They added air separator, replaced piping and gas line, wiring. The work was efficient, clean and tidy. There was also a follow up call for any problem. They are professional and responsive.

Absolutely amazing service, Alan came to check my hot water tank last night it was old and done I had a new one first thing this morning replaced! Very quick, professional, friendly service. I will definitely be recommending them and using them from now on!

I recently installed AC and Furnace system in my house. After careful reviews andconsideration, I selected Pro Master Heating and Plumbing. The staff arrived on time and got right to work. Prepared the space for mess control, remove the old equipment and install the new equipment. It was an all day affair and both staff were professional and meticulous with their work. We called Alan @ Pro Master Heating for couple of things. We needed to fix the controls for our HRV system, service our boiler, fix a few plumbing issues created by previous owner, and also to install smart thermostats. After a long discussion with Alan over couple of weeks, I came to realization that a smart thermostat will be too much of a headache for us to do as our house is not wired for it. We choose to go with what Alan recommended and I am very happy with what he installed.He kept me informed through out the work, and whenever they saw a problem that was not in original scope of work, they were efficient in making me aware and giving me different options to resolve them. I am very happy with their work, and would recommend them without any hesitation.

These guys are pros. Committed and professional. The issue with my furnace was not simple but Alan was very diligent in working through the issues and dealing with vendors on my behalf. And he's a really nice guy. I'll recommend Pro Master to anyone who asks.

My gas fireplace had never been turned on since I moved into my condo. When I first called Pro Master, Alan tried to help me over the phone to save us both time before setting up an appointment. He showed up on time and immediately got to work. His apprentice thoroughly cleaned all the screens and glass while Alan worked on the fireplace and assisted when necessary.Alan was professional, fair, and efficient. We had Alan installed a new furnace to replace our old one at our warehouse in the spring this year. Very professional and quick. Tested it couple of times then and just recently started using it every day now. Had some issues but Alan was very quick and responded the same day each time and fixed our problems.
