Studio Set
I’ve been taking Pilates classes for about 4 years, at various studios, some classical Pilates and some not. The instructors at Studio Set have done the best job at pointing out a number of small things I was doing wrong and helping me correct them. It has made a big difference.

Love this place! I’ve been going regularly for a year now and have taken classes with almost all the teachers. The studio is beautiful with lots of natural light and the vibe from the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The quality of teaching is impeccable, they all really know Pilates and are very knowledgeable about the human body in general. The have lots of different classes from beginner to advanced so there’s something for everyone. I also love the barre classes, they are a great workout.

Highly recommend Studio Set. I’ve been working weekly with Benoit to address strength, stability, and body awareness. He is insightful and knowledgeable, and is truly making a difference in my day to day life as well as my ability to perform without pain as a classical musician.

I highly recommend this studio! I started going 2 months ago and really enjoyed all the trainers and classes as they all have their specificity and personal touch. I love going during my lunch break as it gives me a nice energizing time during my stressful working day. There are lots of different classes and schedule which is very convenient and the booking process is super easy through the MindBody app!The studio has a nice natural light and the material is in very good condition! 5 stars all the way!

This is one of the best pilates studio in Montreal. Great knowledgeable teachers, with clean and beautiful facilities. The classes are diverse and can correspond to any need.

The best reformer Pilates studio in Montreal, no question. The instructors are fantastic and there are a plethora of classes to choose from. The studio Set boutique is also really lovely and stocked with eco conscious/small business supporting workout wear and accessories. Highly recommend!
