My Elantra GT was having issues shifting. Found, and repaired the issue to better than it was when I purchased the car (used). Laid the worst case scenario out and came in under the amount quoted. Overall good experience. Kind and seemed to value your business.

I bought my 2020 Kona in Owen Sound and started coming to Goderich for all my vehicle service in 2021. I'm very happy I made the switch. I live out of town and the service is always on time which I very much appreciate. I recently had to reschedule an appointment the day-of and it was no problem to fit me in later in the week. The staff are friendly and professional and my car looks and feels better every time I have service done. It's been a pleasure working with Hyundai of Goderich. Keep up the good work!

A 'first time customer', having moved from crazy London to the country...booked with Rebecca in service and met here for a routine check up....great experience!....ready, and washed!, in about an hour...I will be back!

Very friendly and helpful staff. My car was fixed quickly while I waited. Pricing was explained before my car was worked on so I knew in advance what to expect. Great service!

I have been living in Goderich for 3 years now and I would rent a car at the Hyundai Dealership when I needed a vehicle for special occasions. I have to say that the staff at Hyundai have been so accommodating. Dorothy Klaver the lovely lady who looks after the rental cars has always gone out of your way to help me out. I was always picked up and dropped off where I wanted. She is so kind and thoughtful and she would book a car ahead of time for me and then send me a reminder of the car rental date coming up. Who does that?…. so sweet. The cars are always so clean, and by the way their prices for rental are the best in down. The cars are also fun to drive and I never ever had anything go wrong mechanically speaking or other wise. I just had to write this review because I truly believe we should always take the time out of our busy lives to let other people know about the good experiences we have in life. I have been very satisfied with the staff at Hyundai for such great customer service. This is where I have to mention Jon Lalonde Sales Manager who I recently had the pleasure of meeting through Dorothy, a great guy who knows his stuff and provided me with the keys of my own Hyundai 2023 Venue along with a big hug !! Yes a proud owner at 68 years young !! Love it, love It …..thanks again everyone at Hyundai……..and to anybody out there looking to buy a car don’t pass these guys by ………you won’t be disappointed sincerely, ….a lifetime customer ………Maura O’Reilly
