Lower Don Storm Water Treatment Facility is architecturally bold yet still subtle and complementary to its surroundings. A current oasis surrounded by new and future development. Haven’t noticed any change in water quality out of my tap or in Lake Ontario despite last 10 days of constant rain. Superb Treatment and customer service. Great job; would use again!
