Always busy, sometimes the coffee taste changes, I don't know if it's just me. Other than that rest of the things are ok.

A lot to write about. We paid for things which we didn’t end up having in our take out. 1- Missing A donut from the order. 2- Missing Espresso shot in my French Vanilla order. 3- Missing tomatoes from Bagel order and after paying extra for 2 slices of tomatoes, you expect them to add it to your order. 4- Jalapeño bagel was stale and dry. Must have been baked since Morning and sitting on the counter since. I’ve worked at Tim’s as a new immigrant in early days and I know there are strict guidelines on baked good that needs to be thrown. Hashbrown was more like harsh-brown. The service is horrible and the employees working there don’t seem to care. I asked for stir stick and the lady kept resting the stick on the unclean and stained surface and expected me to use that stir stick. Very disappointed with the service and food quality.

I mean, it's like a Tim's express, you know? Limited items but still a great variety. No sitting space except for the food court, staff can be rude but it's understandable since they likely deal with rude customers.

Although the quality is good, it would be nice to see an English only environment. The only people who ever know what the staff is saying is the staff, and it's disrespectful towards the customer

The staff at this location are fantastic, except on Saturdays, there is one guy that is extremely RUDE, he shouldn't be on the front line. They are very slow and look like they don't have a clue what they are doing.
