Trusty, thoughtful workman. Arrived right on time, explained the process with my solid fuel Rayburn & chimney, didn't make a mess. Gave me a discount because the Rayburn was in tidy order. Definitely recommended to others

Alan attended promptly and set about protecting the floor and furnishings in our living room where the wood burner chimney was to be swept. He cleaned the chimney and checked over all the moving and replaceable parts of the stove, cleaning it out and leaving it spotless. Alan took great care in his work and showed remarkable attention to detail. The charge was most reasonable. We will be delighted to use this firm in the future.

Alan was very professional throughout. Communication was excellent and they kept me informed throughout the task of repairing the chimney and fitting the cowl with photographs of the stages of the task. I would thoroughly recommend Alan who put customer service first. First rate company.
