Worst experience. Overcharged and just top up the eng. oil and asked me Service DONE, no air filter, cabin filter clean at all. Then why charging for Servicing ?

One of worst customer service experience ever! I booked an appointment for wheel alignment and went on time for the appointment from milton. Pinder(Owner) says he can only start work after 2 hours as he got a truck to finish first. When I told him i booked an appointment he said he cannot wait for customers to come in.. then what is the point of booking appointment ?. He does not have respect for customer's time. I told him that i took time off for this appointment and need to rush back to office. He does not even have courtesy to apologize atleast for the inconvenience it caused. would not recommend!

I visited Advance Motors some time ago to get alignment on my car. The young man there worked quietly and did a decent job. However, the two owners there have no clue about customer service. If I asked them any questions, they would barely acknowledge my presence and reply with just a nod or grunt. Plus, the whole time I was there they were just standing around laughing loudly in an uncouth, obnoxious manner and swearing on their phones without acknowledging any customers.Moreover, they didn't have any card machine (at least when I was there) or the owner just couldn't be bothered with it, so I had to drive all the way to the nearest ATM in heavy traffic to get cash. Yet, the unprofessional and conceited owner didn't even give me a receipt. Thus, they really need to work on their courtesy and customer service skills and decrease their arrogance, as could previously be seen from their replies to critical reviews (now apparently removed).

Complete circus of Absent minded people. Made backforth visits for their foolish acts like change engine oil and forgot to install the engine oil fill cap on engine. Surprised to see how could one be so absent minded.

Great people to deal with Pinder and Satnam.Reliable repairs at reasonable pricing.

Honest people. Wont overcharge you and wont recommend anything until necessary.
